Hojicha Co. brings the authentic hojicha experience to homes and shops by offering freshly roasted green tea made from tea leaves grown exclusively in Kyoto, Japan. As the leading supplier of Japanese roasted green tea, Hojicha Co. offers a wide range of tea leaves and the original Hojicha Powder, the key ingredient for the famous hojicha latte.
HOKUSAN TEA CANADA
Tea Canada is a wholesale distributor of premium high-grade Japanese green tea with two in-house Licensed tea sommeliers who carefully select our tea. We are proud to have won the Best Japanese Green Tea Awards in both 2022 and 2023.

Lemon Lily is a Canadian tea company located in Toronto. We proudly handcraft organic & all natural loose leaf tea. We source our teas from top organic tea estates and farms (direct trade) from around the world, creating exciting and delicious teas.

Momo Tea was established in 2015. We wish Canadians to drink high-quality authentic Japanese tea daily at an affordable price. . Our objective as a small tea shop is to supply a freshly packed product straight from Japan by frequent shipment. BASHODO
Bashodo Corporation, Japanese confectionary in Osaka, was founded in 1968 and has manufactured Warabi-mochi since then. Warabi-mochi, bracken starch dumplings, is Japan's traditional jelly-like or pudding-like confection made from bracken starch.
CASSIS BAKE
Cassis Bake is a local bakery in East York, Upper Beaches. We use organic flour, organic milk, all-natural 100% Canadian cream, Free-run eggs, and local and natural ingredients as much as possible. They are all made from scratch. We are locally producing artisanal, handmade desserts, bread & pastries using French traditional baking techniques.
HAPPEACE
Toshi, a Japanese chef with over 20 years of experience in Japan and Canada, creates authentic bento boxes, side dishes, desserts, and more. We are also a caterer and private chef to spread the wonders of Japanese cuisine in Canada. Happeace" has been located in J town, Markham since last year.
ISABELLA'S DONUTS
Isabella's Mochi Donuts credits themselves as
"Canada’s first" mochi donut business. After the terrible year of 2020, Cecilia and David Noon quickly launched the city's first-ever dedicated mochi donut shop. Their recipe certainly proves that customers love it. The business baked and sold 300,350 donuts in 2021 and is on track to double that number by the end of the year.

Kingyo Fisherman's Market is a multi-concept store where a Japanese restaurant meets a market. Originally, we opened as Kingyo Izakaya in 2012. After 9 years in the restaurant business, we transformed as a new business concept. At Kingyo, you will find fresh seafood, Izakaya tapas, Ramen, Udon noodles, desserts, snacks, Sake, cosmetics, gifts, and more...
MON K PATISSERIE
mon K patisserie, a little bakery in East york. Japanese chef, RYOSUKE creates French pastries with Japanese twisted pastries. Croissant, cream puff and Mont-blanc are famous as his creation.
HOLLYHOCK JAPANESE SWEETS
Aoi’s signature Japanese style pastries and desserts. Aoi, is the owner and pastry chef of Musoshin Ramen. At Musoshin you will find her traditional Japanese confections and original recipes. Musoshin Ramen is originally from Kyoto. We are best known for our light yet rich vegetable, pork and chicken based ramen broths. They are smooth yet bold in flavour without the oily sensation of traditional broths. Our pride lies in our in-house made noodles that are freshly made to match our unique broths.
NATURAL JAPANEATS
Since 2010, The owner of Natural Japaneats, Chihiro has taken her passion and cooking skills to the making of traditional Japanese sweets and savoury snacks, based on rice and seasonal ingredients that Ontario farmers provide, and sell at farmers' markets in Toronto
SHOGETSUDO
Founded in 1949, is a Japanese confectionary in Osaka. Nerikiri Japanese sweets are artistic traditional Japanese sweets, elabarately created into beautiful forms, and are often used in tea ceremony. (best before three months after the date of production)

We're passionate about creating one-of-a-kind accessories that blend the timeless art of Japanese Mizuhiki cords with a modern twist, designed to bring joy to your everyday life. Mizuhiki is a Japanese art form made from washi paper. They're small delights that brighten your day and add a touch of charm and culture to your daily life.
KINTSUGICA
Kintsugi is a traditional Japanese technique of gluing broken vessels with lacquer and then decorating the cracks with gold using makie techniques. Shuichi, is a Kintsugi master who runs the Kintsugi atelier Kintsugica in Toronto. He works to convey Japanese culture to Canadians through restoration requests, Kintsugi classes, and lectures.

ORIKA CANADA
EDO Tsumami Zaiku is a traditional Japanese craft developed more than 200 years ago.
Kanzashis are Japanese hair accessories often worn by Geisha and Maiko's hair. Japanese girls wear Tsumami zaiku pieces with Kimono for Shichigosan, Coming-of-age ceremony, and also with Yukata in casual occasions, like summer festivals.
