Jeff from UNYtea is coming to share his experience and knowledge of rare Japanese white teas and provide 2 guided tastings talking about how to get the best out of your leaves. Jeff began sourcing tea in 2015 because of the lack of options available to him. He quickly found that the only thing better than drinking a good tea is sharing that tea and experience with others. He began hosting tea tastings around upstate New York and eventually began selling the teas he curated. Jeff is endlessly devoted to tea and tea culture and his business approach is very intimate and small.
