Tokusen

Unlike commercial soy sauces, our artisanal soy sauces are fermented using the traditional method using koji and natural yeasts in Japanese cedar barrels between 6 months and 3 years. It results in a variety of soy sauces that are rich in flavour and suitable for all cuisines.

In addition to our iconic soy sauces, come and discover real mirin, rice vinegar and much more. Tokusen's mission is to select the best products from Japan’s terroir, to highlight the know-how of its craftspeople and to make their work accessible to all.
