We are Copper Tea, a Canadian Japanese tea company with a particular love for Uji tea and for making exceptional Japanese tea approachable beyond the traditional tea bowl. We work closely with an established tea producer in Uji with over 150 years of craftsmanship, offering matcha as well as hojicha and wakocha for both everyday tea drinkers and professional cafés, pastry chefs and restaurants.

Being connected to the culinary world, we are especially fascinated by how tea can move between cup and kitchen: whisked simply with water, made into a latte, or used thoughtfully in pastry, chocolate and cocktails.
