Knot Bakery is a Japanese-French inspired bakery created to bring premium yet affordable, naturally made breads and desserts to our local community. The idea began when we noticed that while Toronto has many bakeries, few focus on high hydration, slow fermentation sourdough bread, and unique flavour profiles influenced by Japanese culture. To fill this gap, we set out to build Knot Bakery.
