My name is Maiko, and I am the maker behind itohen, a small handmade business inspired by my Japanese heritage and my lifelong love of sewing. I learned to sew from my grandmother when I was three years old, and I have loved creating ever since. I carefully select each fabric for its beauty, quality, colour, and unique character. Every piece is thoughtfully handmade, combining traditional craftsmanship with modern, practical design.
