Hi everyone! I am Erica, the founder of Ikigai Matcha. Ikigai Matcha is a Toronto-based small-batch matcha bakery inspired by the beauty and versatility of Japanese tea.We create handcrafted desserts using high-quality Japanese tea powders, thoughtfully selected to bring out rich, authentic, and layered tea flavours in every bite. Inspired by the meaning of Ikigai (生き甲斐)—a reason to get up in the morning—we hope to bring joy to everyday moments through thoughtfully crafted matcha sweets.
